This free initial meeting will enable us to document your goals and challenges. We review current and past recruiting procedures and discuss the importance of employment branding. We will also review fee agreement options, finalize the Client Services Agreement, and set clear expectations for both parties.

Using our 4C model, we assess each candidate's fit for long-term success within your organization. When we submit candidates, we provide the completed 4C assessment to the hiring manager and coordinate the interview process. Acting as a liaison, we handle scheduling and availability. We also send candidates detailed preparation emails with interview logistics and best practices. Prior to the interview, we check in with candidates to answer any last-minute questions, maximizing their readiness and ensuring a high show rate.
We will guide your hiring managers or HR teams through the offer process, provide consultation on compensation packages, and assist with contract negotiations. Post-offer, we check in with candidates to address any counteroffers and ensure they have all necessary information. To maximize retention, we conduct check-ins at 30 days, 90 days, and one year, with in-person meetings if needed. These touchpoints help us flag any potential issues and confirm both you and the candidate are thriving.
